Data and purposes
We process names, emails and messages to handle enquiries and pre-contractual requests. For free trial requests, we also collect the legal name and tax ID of the applicant and the client who will use VeriFactu for testing, to configure access for the named client and email the credentials to the applicant. Orders require identification and billing data to manage payment and service. Processing relies on pre-contractual steps, contract performance and applicable legal obligations.
Payments and providers
Card details are entered on Redsys. This site retains payment references, amounts and results, not card numbers or security codes. Hosting and communication providers may process data for Servoweb under the relevant agreements.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and manage potential liabilities. Contract and billing data follow applicable statutory retention periods. Use the contact form to ask about specific recipients and retention.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. This form does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
API data
Processing of your customers’ invoicing data is governed by the service contract and data processing agreement. Do not include third-party tax data or certificates in the contact form.
EU VAT validation
If you enter an EU VAT number, we send the country and number to VIES, the European Commission service, to validate it before applying 0%. We retain the result, date and technical verification reference with the order to manage the contract and tax records.
