API VERIFACTU

Terms of service

Read the API VeriFactu terms of service covering licences, payments, activation, renewal and the obligations of each party.

Provider: Servoweb Ingeniería Informática SL, Spanish tax ID B94166063, O Barro, 37 bajo, 36740 Tomiño, Pontevedra, Spain. Contract contact: it@servoweb.es.

Service

API VeriFactu integrates invoicing systems, generates and submits records and retrieves results. Support and updates follow the ordered plan. Customers are responsible for submitted data, lawful use and credential security.

Included invoices and additional usage

The paid plans advertised on the pricing page include 3,100 invoices per tax ID per month. If this amount is exceeded, operations continue uninterrupted. A variable charge for additional invoices not covered by the plan is added to the bill.

Each additional allowance of 1,100 invoices per tax ID per month costs €2 per month, billed annually at €24 per year per allowance, excluding tax.

If this limit does not meet your needs, contact us for a tailored offer. This is a safety limit designed to be exceeded rarely, if ever.

Price, duration and renewal

Amounts and taxes are shown before payment confirmation. The term is annual or as quoted, renewing automatically unless cancelled beforehand. Send cancellation through the contact form before renewal. This form charges the selected period through Redsys and does not itself authorise future automatic card charges. Non-payment may suspend service; non-renewal ends support and updates.

Activation and order enquiries

After Redsys confirms payment, the team verifies details and processes activation. For issues, cancellations or refund requests, send the order reference through the contact form. Mandatory customer rights remain applicable.

Integrity and responsibility

Do not alter records, remove traceability or manipulate fiscal functionality. Breach or fraudulent use may lead to suspension or termination. The AEAT may accept or reject records; acceptance is not guaranteed. API integration does not replace customer obligations.

Data protection

For customers’ fiscal data, the customer is controller and Servoweb processor. A processing agreement must define confidentiality, security, instructions and incident handling. Infrastructure providers may participate under applicable safeguards.

Maintenance and technical review

Customers must use compatible versions and cooperate with incident review. Third-party modifications may need specific assistance. Technical logs support traceability without guaranteeing acceptance as evidence. Regulations and terms may be updated to reflect service changes.

Law

Spanish law applies. Published terms designate the courts of Tomiño, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules.

Taxes

All catalogue prices exclude tax. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 0%; rest of Spain: 21%; other EU countries with an EU VAT number validated in VIES: 0%; without an EU VAT number: 21%; all other countries: 0%. The declared country and postcode must match the billing address. The net amount, tax and total are confirmed before payment.
